If necessary, you can turn the truck into a fire station command post by turning on the siren in the cab so that the vehicles in front of you give way to you  This way you can complete your mission before the fire starts. 

Don't forget to use the helicopter for challenging missions! In addition, you can intervene on the victim as soon as possible with the help of the health tool!
